The laboratory is organizing the SAGA² conference which will be held on 16–20 March 2026 in Tahiti.

The laboratory is organizing the CIMPA School Criptografía post-cuántica algebraica y aplicaciones which will be held from 27 July to 7 August 2026 in Santiago, Chile.

The laboratory is hiring a visiting associate professor for a two-year, renewable appointment starting September 2026; see the job description for more information. Applicants must already hold a French MCF position.

The laboratory of Algebraic Geometry and Applications to Information Theory (French acronym: GAATI) is the mathematics research unit of the University of French Polynesia; it is referenced under EA 3893, RNSR 200415153H, and ROR 019yc2n42.
