Alexander Daniel Rahm is a professor at Laboratoire de mathématiques GAATI de l' Université de la Polynésie française. He pursued his studies of Mathematics (Diplom degree) and Physics (Vordiplom degree) at the universities of Goettingen, Tuebingen (Germany) and Montpellier (France), with some experimental Physics lab exercises at Technische Universitaet Darmstadt. He carried out his doctoral studies at the universities of Montpellier, Grenoble and Goettingen. He worked as post-doctoral Research fellow during one year at Weizmann Institute of Science (Israel), then during two years for the Irish Research Council for Science, Engineering and Technology. After two years of being full-time lecturer at National University of Ireland at Galway, he was adjunct lecturer there until August 2021, while being scientific visitor at Institut des Hautes Études Scientifiques (IHES), then researcher at Mathematics Research Unit of Université du Luxembourg during four years, and finally professor at the GAATI lab.
